Gratitutde Attitude

One of my favorite things is a warm beverage, like tea, chai or coffee, and cuddling up with a good book or a journal. It's late afternoon Sunday and it's a cozy day. Sitting inside under a couple layers contemplating tea or hot chocolate and catching up on some of my favorite blogs.

I think keeping a gratitude journal is good for a person. You take a different perspective looking for the positive instead of the negative.
